Returns/Product & Colour Discrepancy

Unfortunately we can only accept returns within Indonesia and within 14 days of purchase.  Due to the strict import/export laws of Indonesia we are unable to accept returns from overseas.  If for some reason there is a problem please email us immediately with imagery and a detailed description and we will endeavour to rectify the problem.  It is important to us that you are happy with your Jungle Trader purchase.

PRODUCT  & COLOUR DISCREPANCY

Photography is a wonderful thing but sometimes it can play tricks… we make every effort to photograph and measure items accurately.  Please be advised that computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the screen. The Jungle Trader shall not be held responsible for any colour descrepencies.  Many of our products are handmade, woven and dyed, so slight variances can occur.  This is the nature of the product which to us adds to its beauty. The Jungle Trader will not be held responsible for slight variances.
